alfajore yumminess

Yummy. Seriously yummy. I don't know if there's much else to say...

To whip up some of this alfajore yumminess-

Make a batch of circle cutout butter cookies...
Spread dulce de leche on one cookie... 
Make cookie sandwiches...
Roll in shredded coconut...
 
Glory. Sheer, delicious glory.
