big news- the sincerest form of flattery series

We've hinted at the big things we have in store for y'all in the next few months...  One of those is a whole blog series of Knock-Offs starting next week called The Sincerest Form of Flattery (because calling it "We're Too Cheap to Pay Retail Prices" doesn't have the same ring to it).

A few fun things about this series-
1. We're co-hosting with one of our best girls, Jess from Craftiness is Not Optional! Want to know a few of our favorite things about her? She has mad sewing skills, hosts fabulous sew-alongs, and takes fantastic pictures (she has the most adorable little models!)... and that doesn't even scratch the surface. She also just won Season 1 of One Month to Win It. Yep, she's amazing. We can't wait for you to get to know her better!

2. I don't know if there are enough exclamation points to express our excitement!!! for the guests that we have lined up for you (and these are just the guests for the kojo blog... Jess has a whole list of other rockstars guesting on her blog!)!!!
Sachiko from Tea Rose Home
Tasha from Creation Corner
Larissa from mmmcrafts
Ashley from Little Miss Momma
Kiki from Kiki Creates
Ashley from Lil Blue Boo

3. We'd love for y'all to get involved! Have you been inspired to recreate something you saw (even if you put your own twist on it)? We'd LOVE to see it! Add your pictures to our flickr pool (or to the Craftiness is not Optional one!)... if there's enough interest, we'll put together a round up during the series.

  5. What a great series..."I'm too cheap to pay retail prices" is totally why I do knock-offs, but I can see why you didn't call it that!
