house number-ly inspiration

I can't believe I haven't really mentioned this yet, but we're currently in the middle of some major remodeling... garage building, re-roofing, and painting the exterior of the house mixed in with landscaping, moving rooms around, and some interior painting.

spring 2008

When I was pregnant with Burke, we finished our basement.  It's a full footprint of our house.  I was tiling the bathroom 2 weeks before I went into labor.  Whoa, belly.

Anyhow, besides a pattern of us taking on way too many projects with way too little time available, all of these projects have been a terrific way for me to use my 'nesting' energy and finish up some things we've been meaning to get to.

One of the little 'finishing touches' that we need now is a new house number.  As I was looking around the internet for ideas, I found all sorts of goodness that I thought I'd share with you:
