violette field threads pattern review and giveaway

From yesterday's comments, it sounds like y'all are busybusybusy right now too! If so- if you still have shopping that isn't finished, presents that aren't wrapped, To Do lists that are woefully unchecked, I have something that can help!

A pattern giveaway by Violette Field Threads (and some pics of Piper Jane sporting her new pantaloons that are sure to spread some Christmas cheer)! This little bright spot in your day is great on many levels- I get to introduce you to some oh.my.adorable patterns and you have a chance to win a $25 gift certificate to Violette Field Threads (either to keep for yourself, or to give as a gift!).

I mentioned that I've fallen in love with sewing from a pattern this year. And this pattern I just tried for the Charlotte pantaloons by Violette Field Threads is no exception. I feel like these little bloomers are the perfect pairing for every single dress and tunic in Piper Jane's closet (and incidentally want to make her a pair in every single color).

Violette Field Threads has all sorts of other great patterns as well- I can't wait to try the Fiona Ribbon Bustle dress. And this Chloe dress is ohmygoodness fabulous. This Vivienne skirt just about kills me in its adorable-ness too!

Of course, the great news in all of this is that Violette Field Threads is giving away TWO twenty five dollar gift certificates to kojodesigns readers.

To enter this giveaway-
1- Visit Violette Field Threads and look around. Then come back here and leave a comment with your favorite pattern (or patterns if you can't pick just one).
2- Follow the kojodesigns blog and leave a comment saying so!

***If you don't leave your email, your entry will be disqualified***
This giveaway will be open until December 16th at midnight- good luck, y'all!

Also, the girls at Violette Field Threads are offering a 15% discount this week. Just enter KOJO15 as your promotional code!

  2. It would be a toss up between the Chloe and Audrey dresses. What a contrast of functional and fancy. It would be hard to say which one I like best.

  38. Oh man, pantaloons! That's perfect! I've been trying to find a better "bloomer" option for my girls & that's it! So obviously, that's a favorite pattern for me. I have been eyeing the Vivienne pattern too. I'm kinda liking the Adele dress, especially since it would challenge me to use knits.

  47. As a new follower to your blog, you certainly have a way of getting my attention. Chloe is a budding Audrey Hepburn and beautiful! I can envision my granddaughter wearing it. The photography captures the 'moment', as well. Love the flower clusters, the fabric more so than the felted. Like the finger-less gloves, especially the flowered. Would be great fun to win this.
